The Aikyam – Villa draws its name from the Sanskrit word “Aikyam,” which translates to “oneness” or “unity.”
This stately mansion by Shakyawar Design Studio draws inspiration from colonial-era architecture, blending timeless elegance with modern functionality. The symmetrical façade, accentuated by rows of grand columns and ornate pediments, exudes a sense of regal charm. A warm, creamy palette complements the detailed wrought-iron gates and floral motifs, while spacious balconies and verandas ensure abundant natural light and ventilation. Set against a lush green lawn, the structure stands as an architectural landmark in its surroundings.
